I make reference to a statement I heard the other day from an older agent, he was saying something to the effect, that vegetables had modified taste over the years.
To understand why there is problem with the taste of the vegetables, we have to understand how they are grows, and also where they are planted. It stands to reason if they just sprayed the fertilizer and left it like that, either the wind or the rain would abolish the fertilizer from the crops, therefore the fertilizer would not be allocated to do it's job.
The workers blend with the fertilizer an oil, thus the fertilizer remains on the plant, and the plant grows quickly. Task accomplished. But, thereby is the problem facing the buyers of these vegetables. How do they eradicate the oil and fertilizer from those vegetables. Well they don't. Normally it is impossible to take away it.
Generally the customer brings the vegetables home from the marketplace and washes them. We however know oil and water do not mix, so the oil remains on the vegetables also some of the fertilizer. Then we proceed to eat. Not quiet satisfactory is it?
Now you may begin to understand why the statement made the other day by that man, when he said "vegetables don't taste as they used to do". What can we do about this problem? Why are we consuming this debris for years?
There is also another problem with washing vegetables with tap water. As you realize, the municipalities place chlorine into the water to kill the bacteria, fine, when we wash the vegetables, this chlorine is transferred to the vegetables. Believe me this is a fact, it's there and this chlorine is also a toxic, so not only are we in taking the oil, and fertilizer, we are now adding chlorine. If everything remained as this article has avowed we would be forever be consuming oil, fertilizer and chlorine.
Well, I am pleased to tell you the problem has been solved. For the last 40 years Japan has been using a machine that makes ionized alkaline water, aka Kangen water. This machine has ultimately arrived here on the North American Continent.
This machine makes 5 different kinds of water, one being a water with a pH level of 11.5. The pH level a body requires is only 7.365 therefore this 11.5 water is undrinkable, but this water when it contacts oil, it at once emulsifies the oil. This 11.5 water is a marvelous cleaner. We are fortunate we will never have to give our families oil, fertilizer and chlorine as the problem has been solved. However, there is one other thing which astonishes me. There are a lot of people who invest the extra money to buy organic vegetables, they can be costly. Well, have you ever noticed, throughout the day, while those vegetables sit on the shelves the number of time they are sprayed regularly with the sprinklers?
Seems to me, this is beating the purpose. Doesn't it make sense that when the water evaporates it leaves the residue of the chlorine. By the end of the day, there has to be a lot of chlorine on those vegetables. This, I feel, does not accurately make them organic. I believe you will feel similarly.
